Jim Opalka

Jim entered the wine industry as the proprietor of Cobblestone Cellars, a boutique wine wholesaler in Virginia.  After the sale of Cobblestone Cellars, he joined Albert Bichot USA as the Vice President of Sales and Development and quickly assumed his role as President.  When he is not working, he enjoys fly fishing, hiking, and finding serenity in the wilderness.  You can also catch him running or mountain biking with friends.  But most of all, Jim enjoys spending time with his family.  His go to food and wine pairing is fried chicken and Champagne.
