Jen joined Albert Bichot in 2019, after working for a Napa winery for sixteen years. She holds a Bourgogne Master Level Certification. Her favorite thing about working for Albert Bichot is being out in the market – sitting down with buyers and customers and sharing her love of Burgundy through education. The best Bourgogne Appellation to describe her is Cremant de Bourgogne – both pair well with all cheeses and always love a party! When she isn’t working she is spending time with family, playing with her son and dog, gardening, hanging out at the beach, and making pizza. She has a deep love and appreciation for anything cheese, given she worked in the cheese industry for over ten years, especially the hardworking people that produce the best food in the world. To no surprise, her secret indulgence is any wine and cheese pairing.
