With a background in the retail and e-commerce industries, Ely brings a well-rounded range of experience in customer service, invoice management, order processing, and handling international orders to the Albert Bichot team. She joined Albert Bichot for the opportunity to grow within a supportive and stable team while bringing her previous experience and skills to the role.

In her new role, Ely looks forward to working alongside the team, expanding her knowledge of Albert Bichot’s wine catalogue, and contributing to the company’s continued success. Outside of work, she enjoys playing video games, collecting unique trinkets, exploring antique stores, and expressing their creativity through cosplay. Ely’s go-to meals are pasta and butter chicken, two of her favorite comfort foods. When it comes to drinks, Ely is a fan of sours and enjoys trying new flavors and combinations.
