Anthony’s extensive career in the hospitality industry began at the age of 16, initially in luxury hotels before moving on to James Beard and Michelin-level restaurants, sparking his interest in wine. Advancing from an interest to a profession, Anthony is now an Advanced Sommelier.
Anthony’s connection to Albert Bichot has been integral to his wine journey, from participating in tasting groups and selling on the restaurant floor to enjoying their wines casually with friends. In his current role, Anthony relishes the opportunity to mentor the next generation of wine professionals using Albert Bichot’s exceptional wines.
Anthony’s favorite food and wine pairing is Albert Bichot Latricieres-Chambertin with steak tartare. Outside of his professional life, Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife, two cats, and two dogs. He also has a passion for playing the piano and chess.
