Eat Drink SLC 2023

Eat Drink SLC raises awareness about Salt Lake’s finest culinary and cultural opportunities. Their vision is to engage patrons with the marriage of food and drink, and the many individual stories of craftsmanship and approach that make that marriage flourish. Filled with fascinating tastes, sights, people, and joy, it is a welcoming, inclusive event for all the senses.

Eat Drink SLC is hosted under a nonprofit partnership umbrella consisting of Tracy Aviary and SB Dance. These two organizations represent, respectively, a place and an arts-maker that contribute to the unique character of our community. One third of net proceeds supports these two organizations.

A local nonprofit that works with underserved communities receives the remaining two thirds of net proceeds. This nonprofit is currently Women of the World, a grassroots organization dedicated to empowering refugee, immigrant, and asylum-seeking women and their families to achieve self-reliance as they make a new home in Salt Lake County.

Eat Drink has contributed over $75,000 to Salt Lake County nonprofits.
