From the chalk and limestone soils of Côte des Blancs and Côte d’Epernay, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from fifty-year-old vines are blended in 70% stainless steel vats and 30% oak barrels then aged in the cellar for over eight years to bring you the Champagne Mandois Victor Brut Rosé in the superb 2012 vintage. It is crystalline pink in color with notes of lychee and red berries on the nose. Fresh and elegant on the palate - this champagne is sure to make your holidays sparkle.

Mandois is a historic champagne house founded in 1735 and it remains family-owned to this day.

Currently, the estate is led by Claude Mandois, representing the ninth generation of family, who has overseen its management since 1982. Under his stewardship, Mandois has embraced sustainable farming practices, setting the house apart in both tradition and innovation.

What further distinguishes Mandois from other Champagne houses is their committment to craftsmanship that allows the character of the terroir to shine through.

Recently, the Mandois Champagne house unveiled its new winery, showcasing its winemaking identity. Some of our team was able to visit the new tasting room last month, which is perched above the vat room, offering an immersive experience in which the champagnes can be tasted in their place of creation.

At the heart of the space is the glass tasting table, a striking centerpiece designed by artist @matthieu_gicquel. Cast in a calcareous mold, the table evokes the chalk bedrock typical of the Champagne terroirs.
The facade blocks and tabletops symbolize the variations and diversity of the vineyard plots, serving as a reminder of the parcellation approach integral to the Mandois philosophy.

It is a unique experience in which the beauty of the terroirs, the quality of the craftsmanship, and the art of wine tasting converge.
